We’re excited to announce that Coach Roger will be joining me this summer for our Youth Athletic Development Program! 💪🏽🏃♂️🏐⚾️🏀🏈⚽️🥎🏒
This program is designed to help young athletes build:
✅ Strength
✅ Speed & Agility
✅ Coordination & Balance
✅ Explosiveness
✅ Confidence
✅ Injury Reduction
✅ Overall Athleticism
Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, improve performance, and have FUN in a positive, high-energy training environment built for long-term athletic development.
Whether your athlete plays baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, football, lacrosse, hockey, soccer, track, or simply wants to become stronger and more athletic — this program is for them!
📅 PROGRAM STARTS JUNE 15
Ages 8–11
📍 Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages 12–14+
📍 Tuesdays & Thursdays
