Mud Lot Ponies

Such an AWESOME night for us! Abby and Hannah participated in the Halloweem Costume Contest. There was glitter everywhere 😬 later on they had great, clean runs in the Open and the Youth.
Abby ran a 19.759 in Open and then came back even better with a 17.111 in Youth!
Hannah had very consistent runs with an 18.32 in Open and then ran an 18.594 in Youth.
I had some lucky as well. Red and i won some money back coming 2nd in the 4D with a 15.783. Wasnt our best run but it got us a win. Patches is always my constant ❤ she even ran her best time at a 16.09.
Couldn't be more proud of these girls and their horses!

Odenville Thursday night barrel race was a lot of fun. Very proud of Izzie and Abby. Unfortunately Hannah wasn't able to join us and we missed having her there. Abby ran some nice, clean 18s patterns! Both Izzie and I unfortunately weren't able to get a clean run out of Red but know exactly what we need to work on to fix it! Patches and I ran a 17.2 with a clean run! Major improvement from running in this arena over a year ago! Even though we had a clean runs, Abby and I fell through the cracks of placing. Still a super fun night though!

Come watch us run again at the St. Clair County Arena next Sunday, Oct. 25th at the ABA Halloween Bash!

This amazing little girl overcame a big fear today and ROCKED it! Emma, learned to trot today and was a pro! Learning to trot can be scary at first but as Emma said last night, "it was mostly fun"! 😊 this little girl made me so proud when she told me at the end of her lesson that she was going "to beat her battle" and trotted all on her own off the lead line! Phoebe took great care of her as always. These two are the cutest and the best team! These two are teaching each other and its the best thing to watch! I am so excited to continue to teach Emma and watch her grow into an awesome horse woman ❤
