We will not be Open for any classes Saturday June 20th. We will be at OAW Sports Complex for the Grappling Industries tournament.

Open Mat 10am

Free Training Vets, LEO, Firefighters, First Responders 11am

We will be cancelling our youth sessions for this evening. Adult class is still on at 6pm with Coach Allen.

We will not have our 2pm session today due to the incoming storms. I will update everyone on the 4 and 5pm youth sessions around 3pm.

Over 40 crew tonight. Which includes two of my brothers from the Ktown school days. 25+ years of knowing each of the guys. Pretty rad to have old friends training with me at my own gym. The things you never would’ve expected in your life…
