Florida Prime Sports is excited to announce our new partnership with KTLYST Fitness & Athlete Lab, located right next door to Florida Prime at 101 Liberty Center Place in St. Augustine!
Prime athletes now have access to high-level strength, speed, power, and performance training led by collegiate and professional-level strength & performance coaches, with programming built for long-term athletic development and in-season performance.
KTLYST also brings training and care together under one roof. Steve Fell, owner of PS+R and U.S. Men’s National Team performance coach, works within the facility, helping create an integrated ecosystem for performance, physical therapy, injury management, and return to play.
And it’s not just for the athletes. Prime parents can train too! KTLYST’s adult fitness program gives busy parents the opportunity to prioritize their own health and fitness—often while their athlete is training right next door in a separate area of the facility dedicated to adult functional fitness.
