Iโm originally from San Jose, California, where my passion for fitness began through sports at a young age; from T-ball and flag football all the way to competing in college football. Along the way, I was blessed with coaches who challenged me, believed in me, and helped me become the person I am today. Their impact is what inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others do the same.
What sets me apart isn't just my passion for fitness, it's my passion for people. I genuinely want to get to know you, understand your goals, your challenges, and even the dreams you have for yourself beyond the gym. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, gain confidence, improve your health, or simply become the best version of yourself, I'm here to help you create a plan and stay accountable to it.(itโs what I do best :) I bring high energy, encouragement, and a belief that every person is capable of more than they realize. ๐
My goal isn't just to give you a great workout..it's to help you build momentum, confidence, and habits that positively impact every area of your life. We want to create a lifestyle change that is sustainable and fun!

๐ July's Member of the Month: Rachel S.๐
Our Member of the Month is someone who truly embodies consistency, dedication, and what it means to make fitness a lifestyle.
She first started her journey to improve her health, lower her blood sugar, and build strength. What began as a goal has turned into a routine she genuinely loves. She says that if she misses a workout, she feels "bleh" because being at Level Up has become such an important part of her day.
Sheโs a familiar face in our 5:00 AM class, showing up day after day with a smile and a strong work ethic. Her consistency is inspiring, and she never misses an opportunity to put in the work. She also recently completed our Half HYROX Simulation and absolutely crushed it!
What she loves most about Level Up is the community and the people who make every class something to look forward to. Her long-term goal is simple but powerful: to stay healthy, strong, and fit as she approaches 50, so she can continue showing up for her kids, future grandkids, and herself.
