Another successful home regatta! šŸ“

This past weekend we hosted Boudeman Cup on Gull Lake but in a different format than usual. Day one brought traditional mark racing but on Sunday, sailors got to experience a longer ā€œdistanceā€ relay course for a change of pace.

Thanks to all the teams that came out and competed, it was a blast!

Last weekend Broncos competed at the Lake Erie Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta at North cape yacht club. We had a great time racing against other schools in our first big boat race of the year!

A huge thank you to Bill Pribe for letting us use his Beneteau 36.7 ā€œWing Jammerā€ and to the yacht club for hosting the event.

Recently a few of our sailors competed in the 117th annual Chicago Yacht Club Chicago Yacht Club Race to MackinacĀ®ļø . This is the oldest freshwater sailing race in existence covering 333 miles across Lake Michigan. Congrats to all who competed!
