Meet Yazmin 🧡
If you’ve ever taken one of her classes, you know that movement, music, and energy are at the heart of her practice. From Latin and reggaeton to a good house mix with a Latin beat, you’ll almost always find a rhythm moving through her room.
Her favorite pose is Dancer Pose (Natarajasana), because it's a reflection of what she loves most about yoga: the balance between strength and freedom. It’s a reminder to stay grounded while still giving yourself space to express yourself.
For Yazmin, yoga has become so much more than a physical practice. It’s helped her better understand her body, regulate her nervous system, and find more focus and stability within herself. Most importantly, it’s given her a space to slow down, reconnect, and work through whatever she may be carrying.
That’s the kind of space she hopes to create for her students, too. A place to find connection and strength while remembering that we don’t have to navigate life alone. Whether she’s leading the room through C2 or turning up the energy in Yoga Sculpt, Yazmin wants you to leave feeling accomplished and challenged, but also connected to yourself and the community around you.
And when she’s not at the studio? She’s spending time with family, going on walks with her Husky, Sasha, hitting the pavement for a run, or traveling somewhere new.
We’re so grateful to have Yazmin as part of our teacher community. Come flow with her at our Phoenix studio!🧡
