Circle Punch

The Throwing Motion is more powerful than the Piston Motion.

When I get up during the night to go to the bathroom, My side of the Bed is close to the wall.
If I punched the wall it would push me back onto the bed.
When I circle Punch the Wall there is No backward force applied to my body.

In Physics, When you throw a circle punch, the normal force is still there, but it pushes you sideways (parallel to the bed) rather than straight backward.
Here is why the direction of the force changes based on the physics of your movement.

The Direction of the Impact
* Straight Punch: Your fist moves perpendicular to the wall. The wall pushes straight back along that same line, directly opposing your forward motion and shoving you straight back onto the bed.
* Circle Punch: Your fist travels in an arc and strikes the wall at an angle. Because the wall can only push perpendicular (at a 90 degree angle) to its own surface, the resulting normal force pushes sideways against your direction of travel.

Circle Hook - Pommel = if the Defender is on Your Edge and You Can’t Quite Reach Them.
Shoulder Read- “One More Kick - Pommel”

Circle Punch = If the Defender is Coming Right at You. The Defender can’t knock your hand down the same way as a regular punch and it is more powerful.
It’s the motion used in ALL SPORTS as the most natural way for the human body to Deliver Force.

This is not just on a SHOULDER READ but also on INSIDE READ. On both a “One More Kick - Pommel”
and a
“Feet Before Hands- Lift”

The Inside Move is More of Lifting Motion.
But You can use the Circle Punch to “Hide Your Hand” and make it harder for the Defender to knock down.
Because All Inside Moves Attack the Inside Hand.

So Don’t just Punch
Circle Punch!
