🎾Drop shot of the day🎾Feel the ground resistance!🎾Using the ground in tennis is the key to execute your shots in tennis with power!🎾You should always feel the ground resistance while moving around the court,but then especially while trying to create your own power when serving,volleying,hitting forehands or backhands!🎾Every stroke in tennis starts at the ground level(pushing off the ground)and you should think and feel it that way at all the times!!🎾Use wide stance with your knees slightly bent!🎾Feel resistance from the ground on bottom of your shoes!🎾Push off the ground!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾Use extra little steps to adjust your footwork for proper spacing!🎾Good tennis players make about 2 extra steps to adjust their footwork for proper spacing before they hit their strokes🎾Great tennis players make 4-5 little steps before they hit their strokes!🎾Use as many little steps as you can to find yourself in proper position(not cramped )to execute your strokes with plenty of space around you!🎾Great spacing =Great footwork!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾Control the ball with your hand!🎾When it comes to controlling the ball,accuracy and placement of your strokes,try to think of having the ball on your strings slightly longer at the contact point and extending your arm (hand)in direction where you want the ball to go!🎾This is the way lots of ATP and WTA pros think while trying to control their forehands and backhands!🎾Hope it will work for you!🎾Good luck!🎾

🎾Drop shot of the day🎾Don’t slow down your arm!🎾While executing your second serve,do not slow down your arm compere to your first serve !🎾Faster arm means more spin and more spin means more control!🎾Use kick or slice serve for your second serves,but remember not to slow down the speed of your arm!🎾Good luck🎾
