Summer Camp 2!

There are so many benefits to riding and being around horses. We want to share all the ways horses are good for humans.
While riding, you’re constantly deciding whether to speed up or slow down, which paths to avoid, and when the horse and you need a break. That knowledge translates into the rest of your life, too.

Horses have an average eye diameter of around 2 inches! This large size helps them to see well in low-light conditions and detect predators from a distance.
Summer is here, and our day camps are filling up fast! Don’t miss out—visit our website for details: https://www.weepingwillowminisllc.com/summer-camp-home-2026-4075-2848
Our camps run from 8 AM to 12 PM and welcome kids aged 6 to 18, whether they ride English or Western or are just starting out. Each day, campers bond with gentle school horses or ponies, learn how to care for them, and make new friends.
Lessons are tailored to each camper’s skill level. Kids will learn horse care tips, enjoy snacks, and do fun arts and crafts.

Just being around horses can lower blood pressure. One of the benefits of regular exercise is lowered blood pressure, and horseback riding is exercise. Lower blood pressure can reduce the risk of heart disease. Plus, being around animals has been shown to do that as well.
