Having 2 group classes in our weight room last night for the first time was a blast!!! We had our youth class (NexGen Class) and our adult class working out at the same time. Community workout groups can be a powerful thing! 2 of the adults in the adult class also had children in our youth class, want to show your kids health is important... Let them see you work out! Kudos to all the hard working people out there who prioritize health and success of their kids and also prioritize that for themselves!!! We are excited to watch the continued growth of our D1 Family. Can't wait to see all the blessings for our members and our community!

We’re building our 2026 Fall/Winter 4th & 5th Grade Boys Team, and we’re looking for athletes who are ready to WORK, LEARN, COMPETE, and GROW.

We’re not looking for perfect players. We’re looking for players who are coachable, hungry to improve, and willing to put in the work.

LIVE!!! We are now hosting Adult Classes. Monday through Thursday from 5-6 pm. This is the same time as our NexGen Class for ages 7-14 so if you have kids they have something to do as well! You don't have to have a child in the class to join the adult training this is for anyone 18 and up. Workouts are easily modifiable for all fitness levels, ages, injuries, and much more.
