Hey Friends! Heritage Hill Golf Course is being sold and Gary Canedy and Jeff Francis are sending the Poillucci family off with a celebration! Heritage Hill / Back Nine

It’s hard to believe that I have owned the course and pub for 2 and a half years. After much consideration and with mixed emotions, I’m proud to announce that I will be passing the torch to Andrew Gildea and Dean Hajedemos.

As I move on to a new chapter of my life, I want you to know I’m leaving you all in excellent hands. Andrew and Dean are both Golf Professionals and owners of Champions Indoor Golf. They will be expanding the course to include membership programming, lessons, junior programs, and camps. I sincerely believe they can take the course to the next level while maintaining what we have built in the restaurant and function facility.

My family and I thank all of you for the support and loyalty that you have shown to us. In return, we will be working with the new owners to ensure the course continues to thrive. Andrew and Dean are committed to the community as we were, and I can assure you they will be good neighbors.

Many of you may have questions, the biggest of which is: will they be keeping the pizza the same? - the answer is YES. Our agreement also includes that all gift cards we have sold will be honored 100%. They are also committed to the grounds crew and supporting them to keep the course in the exceptional shape it was in these past seasons.

The hardest part for me stepping away is that I will miss the daily interaction and relationships I have built with many of you and the staff during my time here.

Even though I won’t be there as much after the transition, it will remain my neighborhood pub, and I was told I will always be welcomed there and have a stool at the end of the bar. They have my 100% support, and I can’t wait to see where they take it from here.

LAST DAY OPEN
As some of you may already know, this Saturday (2/14/26) will be our last day open. We will be under new ownership, who will be reopening in the spring. They will announce their opening date, so be sure to check our page for updates.
