Another special event to celebrate the Autumn Equinox just announced!

Join Nicole for Autumn Equinox Yin Yoga + Reiki this Sunday, September 20 from 5-6:15pm 🍂

There is a chill in the air beckoning us to pause, center ourselves, take stock, and reflect. Respecting the balance of day and night, Fall Equinox calls for inner balancing, embracing the light and the shadow, both outside and within.

Join Nicole for a balancing yin practice to celebrate the equinox, including hands on or off reiki.

As summer gives way to autumn, nature invites us to slow down and notice the subtle shifts unfolding around us. The Autumn Equinox marks a seasonal threshold, when daylight and darkness come into near balance and the natural world begins its transition into fall. It is a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with ourselves, one another, and the living world.

Join Ly for this special workshop that weaves together gentle yoga and the mindful practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) to create a restorative afternoon of movement, stillness, and connection.

The healing power of this experience comes not from doing more, but from slowing down enough to notice what is already here. Together, we will cultivate a meaningful relationship with the natural world while sharing this seasonal transition with a small community of fellow participants.

This workshop is open to adults of all backgrounds and experience levels. No prior yoga or forest bathing experience is necessary. Group size (under 15) will be intentionally limited to create a spacious, supportive, and deeply personal experience.

As much as we love yoga in the studio, we love it even more in a beautiful, natural space!

Join Katy Joe and Hilaire this February to practice in Puerto Rico: where gorgeous beach and sunset views are plenty ❤ Framed by pristine beaches, natural reserves, and sparkling waters, Fajardo, where we'll retreat, is a paradise for adventure lovers and relaxation seekers alike.

From February 1-5, 2027, we'll spend our days practicing yoga overlooking the ocean, enjoying nourishing meals and taking optional adventures to some of Fajardo’s beautiful offerings like a bioluminescent bay, beautiful white sand beaches, nature reserves, waterfalls in El Yunque National Forest, and more. End your evenings with sutra studies, philosophy discussions, and meaningful connection with other yogis.

Registration is filling fast, so reserve your spot today!
