Three years ago, I had the privilege of facilitating a youth entrepreneurship workshop at Nevada Partners alongside Rico and Jenn from the Urban Chamber of Commerce.

Looking back at this photo reminds me why I do this work.

Every student in this room had an idea, a dream, or untapped potential waiting to be developed. Our job wasn't just to teach business. It was to help young people see themselves as leaders, innovators, and future CEOs.

Fast forward to today, and that mission has only grown.

This summer, we're bringing Youth CEO Camp back with an even bigger vision. Students will learn how to develop a business idea, build a business plan, strengthen their leadership skills, and pitch with confidence.

The future doesn't happen by accident.

It happens when a community invests in its young people.
