We had hard working crew this morning at the 8am workout, circuit training: 1 min at each station, 7 stations, and they completed 3 rounds.
Battle ropes, TRX cables, abs, squats, hills, dips, and some jumping jacks. Good job guys!!

About a year and a half ago I started training Kayden, he was in 7th grade and weighed 90lbs. We started doing basic exercises with one 8lb weight, over that time we progressed up to two 25lbs weights.
We kept it real basic with 8-10 exercises done over and over to work on technique, not worried about strength as a 7/8th grader.
A few weeks ago his dad bought a squat rack, trap bar, and about 200lb in weights.
We are pretty much unlimited in what we can now do and start working on strength now that he has been doing all the basics for the past year.
He started at 90lbs and now weighs 130lbs, hopefully by the spring baseball season he’ll be up to 145ish lbs and ready to have a great freshman year! 🙂
