What a treat having 🇬🇧 Great Britain Artistic Swimming Izzy Thorpe Kate Shortman and join us for Pilates on Thursday and Friday!

It’s been such a joy watching them grow as athletes becoming Olympic silver medalists and European champions.

So proud of everything you’ve achieved — keep up the amazing work!

NFL players. Swimmers. Retired firefighters. Scuba divers. Musicians. Dancers. Aerialists. Men recovering from injuries… and so many more are featured in the video!

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different goals.

One thing in common: PILATES.
The proof is in the video.

YES, MEN DO PILATES. 🔥 come and meet us on the Cadillac and reformer!

Control the movement, don’t rush it. Quality beats speed - you’ll get more out of it (unless you are specifically training speed and reaction time)

Your body wasn’t designed to move in straight lines.

It was designed to bend, rotate, reach, twist, and stabilize.
Pilates with 3D movement creates a body that doesn’t just look strong - it moves strong.
Because real-life movement happens in every direction.

Move in 3D. Train for life.

Always such a pleasure working with JIM NOWAKOWSKI ! So grateful that you come and take privates to keep learning, growing, and getting stronger—not just as a dancer, but for life. Watching him move is endlessly inspiring and always mesmerizing.

I move to clear my mind.
I move to feel better in my body.
I move to become more aware of myself.
I move because I want to be strong.
I move to find my limits and push against them.
And sometimes, more often of late, I move simply because I need to feel something.
