We Honor the Fallen every Memorial Day with the MURPH workout. 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and a 1 mile run to finish it off.
Thankful for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We were lucky enough to have Sabrina walk through our doors a decade ago and she has been a community staple ever since. Friend. Coach. Athlete. Nutritionist. Role Model. She has worn a lot of hats inside these walls and we will be sad to see her go. But also happy that she gets to continue her passion for coaching at our sister location on the other side of town! 10 years of history could never be summed up into one instagram post- but from everyone at Camp Rhino (south) THANK YOU. WE LOVE YOU. WE’LL MISS YOU.

We are two weeks away from (HCT) Hyrox Conditioning Testing! *Sunday May 17th*
We are partnering up with the crew over at to a deliver data driven baseline testing and Hyrox readiness scores.
We will also be featuring their newest wearable technology to test metrics for vertical jumps, shuttle runs and even wall ball depth!
You won’t want to wait around because this month’s event is limited to only 56 people! Link to sign up is in our bio!
