Ryder Wright Rides to Glory at RodeoHouston 2025
He is now on Wrangler NFR 2025
On March 23, 2025, NRG Stadium roared as Ryder Wright claimed the Saddle Bronc Riding Championship at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Competing under the bright lights before a sold-out crowd, Ryder delivered a flawless performance that secured him the coveted championship saddle and gold buckle.
It was a special day for the Wright family — his brothers watched proudly from the stands as Ryder once again proved why the name “Wright” is legendary in rodeo history.

Riley Webb continues to set new standards in the tie-down roping year after year.
After winning the last two World Titles, he won 12 rodeos in 2025 on his way to making a regular season record setting $305,132.
Webb posted 115 qualified times during the regular season and 29 of them were 8 seconds flat or faster. Both of those marks were the best in the PRCA.
At the NFR, he will attempt to break his own single season earnings record for the third straight year. He will need $170,082 in Las Vegas to do it. Last year, he made $258,307.

Qualified Rides: 106
The reigning World Champion rode 94.6% of his broncs for an average of 84.94 points in 2025. Last year in Las Vegas, he placed in the final nine rounds. This will be his 10th straight NFR appearance.
2. Damian Brennan - $278,153.12
Rodeo Wins: 15
Brennan was the star of the Summer Run, shooting from No. 14 to No. 2 in 2.5 months. His 15 wins were the most among PRCA bronc riders.
3. Dawson Hay - $268,621.07
Average Score: 85.80
Hay led the PRCA in Average Score and almost 40 percent of his Qualified Rides were 87.5 points or better.
4. Zeke Thurston - $244,268.49
Average Score: 85.35
Thurston has finished in the Top 5 four straight years and won two Gold Buckles in that timeframe. He won his fourth career Calgary Stampede in 2025.
5. Kade Bruno - $215,065.42
85+ Point Rides: 49
Bruno has finished No. 3 and No. 9 and made at least $267,000 each of the last two seasons. He won Fort Worth and eight other rodeos in 2025.
6. Brody Wells - $214,707.37
Average Score: 84.79
Wells placed in five rounds and won two of them at his first NFR a year ago and followed it up with the best regular season of his career. His Average Score ranked fifth in the PRCA.
7. Zac Dallas - $198,403.28
85+ Point Rides: 47
Dallas made his first NFR in 2024 and has already made $50,000+ more in 2025. He was Top 5 in the PRCA in 85+ Point Rides.
8. Sage Newman - $196,495.28
85+ Point Rides: 48
Newman is the only bronc rider other than Ryder Wright to make at least 40 85+ Point Rides in each of the last three seasons.
9. Statler Wright - $181,871.98
Qualified Rides: 102
Wright’s 207 Qualified Rides over the last two seasons rank second to his brother, Ryder.

Rodeo Wins: 14
After leading the PRCA in wins in 2024, Cress ranked second in 2025. This will be his ninth straight NFR.
11. Weston Patterson - $173,735.41
Qualified Rides: 112
Patterson made the whistle more times than anyone has in the last two seasons to make his first National Finals.
12. Stetson Wright - $165,336.46
Average Score: 85.24
After a slow start, Stetson qualified for his fifth saddle bronc riding NFR thanks to 14 wins and an Average Score of 85.24 points.
13. Q Taylor - $157,561.67
Riding Percentage: 95.6%
Taylor was on fire to close the season, winning Pendleton and taking second at the Governor’s Cup to make a dramatic jump into the Top 15.
14. Ben Andersen - $149,661.35
Riding Percentage: 95.2%
Andersen enters his fourth NFR with the best Riding Percentage and Average Score of his career.
15. Lefty Holman - $144,872.18
Rodeo Wins: 10
Holman’s $4,192 at the Duel at the Dunes on Sept. 30 was enough to get him to Vegas for the fourth straight season. He notched six wins in California in 2025.

1. Kaleb Driggers - $198,497.72
Qualified Time Percentage: 76.1%
Driggers, a two-time World Champion, took the lead by winning the Governor’s Cup on the season’s final weekend. His Qualified Time Percentage was tops in the PRCA.
2. Tanner Tomlinson - $183,807.11
Rodeo Wins: 6
Tomlinson has made the NFR three of the last four years and finished second at the Governor’s Cup to go along with wins in Salinas and Fort Worth this season.
3. Derrick Begay - $166,201.94
Qualified Time Percentage: 65.7%
The RodeoHouston champion made it three NFRs in a row and 12 overall in 2025.
4. Clint Summers - $161,241.61
Average Time: 6.63
Summers teamed up with Jade Corkill and went from outside the Top 30 into the Top 5 during the Summer Run. His Average Time ranks second in the PRCA.
5. Dustin Egusquiza - $160,703.39
Rodeo Wins: 9
Egusquiza’s nine wins tied him for the most in the PRCA. He was victorious at the NFR Open, San Antonio, and Canby among others. This will be his eighth NFR since 2017.
6. Clay Smith - $143,366.47
Average Time: 7.19
Smith has now made 11 straight NFRs and is coming off of a third place finish in the Average in 2024. He ranks in the Top 5 in Qualified Time Percentage and Average Time.
7. Andrew Ward - $149,054.75
Qualified Time Percentage: 67.4%
Ward got into World Title contention with a win at the Roughrider Cup, which was one of several big wins this season. He also won The Calgary Stampede Team Roping and Greeley Stampede.
8. Tyler Wade - $143,366
Two-Time Reigning World Champion
Wade and partner Wesley Thorp are looking to dominate in the Thomas & Mack for a third straight year after a “below average” regular season by their recent standards.
9. Cyle Denison - $142,002.37
Qualified Time Percentage: 60.7%
Dension finished the season with a third place finish at the Governor’s Cup to crack the Top 10 and make his second straight NFR.
10. Dawson Graham - $131,934.01
Rodeo Wins: 5
After three straight Top 30 finishes, the Canadian cowboy is making his first trip to Las Vegas.
11. Jake Smith - $125,537.03
Qualified Time Percentage: 65.3%
Smith needs just $28,000 at the NFR to make this year the winningest of his career, which would break the mark he set in his first NFR season a year ago.
12. Riley Minor - $125,025.27
Average Time: 7.00
Minor tied for third in the PRCA with eight wins and his Average Time ranked fourth.
13. Luke Brown - $123,302.92
Qualified Time Percentage: 69.6%
Brown’s Qualified Time Percentage in 2025 was second to only Kaleb Driggers. The 51-year-old is making his 16th trip to the Finals and has done so with three different partners over the last three seasons.
14. Kolton Schmidt: $119,938.20
Qualified Time Percentage: 65.1%
For the first time since 2020, Schmidt is going to the NFR, where he will have a chance to clear $1,000,000 in career earnings.
15. Lightning Aguilera - $114,735.75
Average Time: 6.61
Aguilera has the fastest Average Time in the PRCA, but caught at the lowest rate among NFR qualifiers.

Rodeo Wins: 16
In his second NFR appearance, the 20-year-old enters as the top dog thanks to noteworthy wins in Austin, Calgary, Denver, Nampa, and many, many more.
2. Stetson Wright - $350,174.66
Average Score: 86.74
In his comeback season, the eight-time World Champion led the PRCA in Riding Percentage and Average Score and went for 90 or more a record-setting 13 times.
3. Ky Hamilton - $317,617.90
Riding Percentage: 57.4%
The 2023 World Champion dominated down the stretch by winning the Governor’s Cup, Roughrider Cup, and Puyallup. He was Top 3 in both Average Score and Riding Percentage.
4. Tristen Hutchings - $292,882.19
87.5+ Point Rides: 16
Hutchings has made the NFR three times previously and rode at least 50 percent of his bulls in Las Vegas twice. He was the RodeoHouston Champion in 2025.
5. TJ Gray - $184,148.29
Riding Percentage: 48.9%
Gray won San Angelo, Clovis, and Canby this season and is looking to make it two straight Top 5 finishes.
6. Hudson Bolton - $179,477.96
Riding Percentage: 54.1%
Bolton is the highest ranked of three bull riding rookies in the NFR field and is attempting to become the first bull rider ever to win PBR and PRCA Rookie of the Year in the same season.
7. Hayes Weight - $170,987.77
Average Score: 84.62
A win in Ponoka took him from No. 15 to No. 4 to start July and he never looked back to make it three straight trips to the NFR.
8. JR Stratford - $165,490.31
Riding Percentage: 58.6%
Despite finishing eighth in the regular season, Stratford finished second in the PRCA in Riding Percentage and fourth in Average Score in 2025.
9. Qynn Andersen - $161,986.91
Riding Percentage: 52.1%
Another rookie who rides on both the PBR and PRCA, the Aussie was one of only five bull riders to cover more than 50 percent in the 2025 regular season, averaging 83.88 points as he did so.
10. Jordan Spears - $160,712.64
Average Score: 84.45
Spears had seven wins on the season and five of them came when the lights were the brightest at PRCA Playoff Series Rodeos.
11. Brycen Jensen - $157,042.55
Qualified Rides: 60
Jensen ranked second in the PRCA in total qualified rides and he got on 152 bulls to do it, more than anyone this season. He has a chance to be Resistol Rookie of the Year.
12. Mason Moody - $156,060.15
Riding Percentage: 41.0%
After finishing 23rd last season, this will be the 22-year-old’s first NFR appearance.
13. Rawley Johnson - $148,778.06
Average Score: 83.77
Johnson spent much of the season in the Top 10 and will make his first trip to the NFR after finishing 28th as a rookie.
14. Jesse Petri - $144,080.38
Rodeo Wins: 7
The three-time PBR World Finalist has moved over to the PRCA to make his first NFR.
15. Luke Mackey - $138,917.94
Qualified Rides: 64
Mackey made qualified rides than any cowboy in the PRCA in 2025.

Wacey Schalla was in a back and forth battle with Stetson Wright all year and will enter the NFR No. 1 in the World after making $352,596, second-most ever in a PRCA bull riding regular season.
Schalla notched big wins and big scores at big rodeos in all portions of the season - 90 to win the National Western, 91.5 to win Austin, 91 to win Red Bluff, 86 to win Calgary, 91.5 to win Cheyenne Xtreme Bulls, and many more. He racked up 16 wins total in the bull riding.
