My challenge to you: make someone’s load a little lighter today and their day a bit brighter.

Hold the horse. Pick the stall. Fill the bucket. Bring the coffee. Send the text. Make the call. Hold the door. Smile at someone. Drop off dinner. Encourage someone. Compliment someone. Celebrate someone else’s win.

It doesn’t have to be big. You just have to notice.

My best friend showed me this week what it means to show up for someone—even when they keep insisting they don’t need help.
