Massive shout out to Kim Corbidge!! Two weeks ago she totaled 600lbs in the Revolution Powerlifting Nationals Powerlifting meet. It was also a 2026 goal of hers to hit that 600lb total! Chris Parker and Kim have been working together for 4 years we can not wait to hear what the next goals will be!!

Injured? That doesn’t automatically mean you need to stop training.
Unless a medical professional advises otherwise, the goal is often to train around the injury—not through sharp or worsening pain. Complete inactivity can sometimes slow the recovery process.
By modifying your workouts and focusing on what you can do, you can maintain fitness, support healing, and preserve strength and muscle while recovering.
