💕PINKtober begins on Thursday and our CLW Fitfam always goes above and beyond for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I’m super excited to release the schedule for the Dance Club and “Dance it Forward” to local coalitions providing resources and support to patients in early detection, treatment, and remission.

The Dance Club Membership was born from the love and inspiration from previous years of the PINKtober Dance Club. Let’s share and grow it to spread light to someone who truly needs it. Everyone is welcome!

⛅️🌡️Can’t let fall come in without acknowledging our FitFam for moving through our *hottest* summer yet. Yes, we had some scorchers weather-wise, but our classes and commitment really set a new level of challenge and I couldn’t be prouder of us for showing up!

Every seasons brings a reset for us to begin again (inside and outside the studio) and continue to get Stronger than Yesterday, together.

👟💖In addition to running the Dewey Goes Pink race in honor of my mom and so many other women in my life who’ve battled breast cancer, I’m incredibly thrilled to donate to Dewey Goes Pink silent auction for the 3rd year in a row! Hello there, September! Q4 is my fav time of the year, but the date on the calendar doesn’t matter nearly as much as the consistency you build. I promise you.

1st of the month? Love.
Monday? Why not?

The middle of the month? Let’s go.
You missed a few days? Start again.
