I did a thing! 🤓😁 I’m so excited to have completed the Happiness Unlocked Course through the Zumba Instructors Network!! I can honestly say it perfectly aligns with the vision and purpose behind the Dance Club.

Since my first recital at age 3, my love for dance continues to grow. I’m so passionate about sharing it.

This course deepened my understanding of how our brains work and how the pillars of our heart, mind, body, and soul are beautifully connected.

It reinforced something I’ve experienced firsthand for years: our movement and our happiness are deeply intertwined. When we move with intention, we aren’t just strengthening our bodies. We are nurturing our mental well-being, building resilience, creating connection, and making space for gratitude & joy.

The “mirror neurons” in our brain are wired to relate to one another. Meaning joy (or the opposite) are contagious. Surrounding your environment with joy creates more joy. How amazing is that?

I’m incredibly grateful to continue learning, growing, and bringing this knowledge back to our FitFam. Here’s to exercise not just for physical fitness, but for happiness, healing, and a life filled with more joy, one dance at a time. 💃✨💕
