Full Moon Beach Yoga + Sound Bath is Sunday, June 28 from 6:30–8:00 PM at Roosevelt Inlet in Lewes — an immersive evening on the sand designed to align you with the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon.

We'll move through gentle, breath-led yoga paired with a sound bath using crystal singing bowls and chimes. You'll receive a crystal chosen with intention for this full moon and what it's asking us to release.
