A little stretching every day goes a long way! Keep working on your flexibility and mobility.

2️⃣ Practice your basics
Strong basics build strong skills! Keep working on your handstands, tight body shapes, and good form.

3️⃣ Listen to your coaches
Pay attention, try new corrections, and trust your coaches to help you grow and improve!

4️⃣ Take care of your body
Fuel up, drink plenty of water, and get enough rest so you can bring your best to practice!

5️⃣ Believe in yourself
Progress takes time! Keep trying, stay positive, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

A strong handstand is the foundation for so many tumbling skills! Focus on keeping your arms straight, pushing tall through your shoulders, squeezing your core, and keeping your body tight from head to toe. The more control you build in your handstand, the easier it becomes to connect skills and grow as a tumbler!
