Ride Express is a 45 minute cycle class that focuses on improving your endurance and over all fitness as you take on steep climbs, rolling hills, jumps and flats!
Ride Express is on Tuesday’s from 5:15-6:00 am, Thursday’s from 5:15-6pm, and Sunday’s from 8-8:45 am!
