GVO GOES PINK! 💗 We raised OVER $3,000 for the American Cancer Society!

These funds help support cancer research, patient support, and advocacy efforts to end breast cancer as we know it—for everyone.

And here’s the icing on the cake… our GVO team ranked 10th out of 133 teams in fundraising! 🥹

We are so proud, so grateful, and so lucky to be part of a community that shows up for something bigger than ourselves.

How lucky are we to have waitlists?! 👏🏻

With our recent cancellation policy change, we just want to give a little reminder to be mindful of the waitlist and everyone who is hoping to get into class.

If your plans change, please do your best to cancel as early as possible so someone else has the opportunity to take your spot. We know life happens, and we truly appreciate everyone doing their best to be respectful of our community and the people waiting to move with us!

Member Spotlight: Meet Emily!

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Emily Goemans with her husband and workout partner, Chris. She is one of those people who brings a little extra Good Vibes every time she walks through the door.

Emily and Chris are familiar faces around GVO, and we love the energy, consistency and positivity they both bring to our community. Whether Emily’s showing up for a favorite class, challenging herself or simply sharing a smile with the people around her, she is a wonderful example of what makes the GVO community so special.
