Carter Brady LSW
“I’ve been swimming with HLA for the past four years. Being part of the club has done a lot for me both in and out of the pool. It’s definitely taught me a lot about discipline and helped boost my confidence as an athlete. But honestly, one of the best parts about my time here has been the community it’s helped me make some of my best friends I could have ever asked for. Next, I’ll be continuing my education at Canisius University, where I’ll continue to be swimming and majoring in sports management“

Hi I’m Owen Lewis I’ve been on HLA for 9 years. It has been a huge part of my life and has made such a large impact. HLA has helped me push myself, meet friends, grow as a swimmer and person, and make memories I will remember forever. I’m extremely grateful to the coaches I have had on HLA for believing in me and pushing me to be my best. Thank you HLA for everything! Next year I will be attending St. Olaf College where I be a member of the swim team.

I have been on HLA for 8 years and it helped shape me into the person I am today. Being apart of this team has helped me so much not only as a swimmer but also as a person. I am so grateful for every connection I have made through this program and all the support I have received not only from coaches, but also my teammates.
After high school I will be attending Iowa Western to study psychology and continue swimming then eventually going to a four-year program to further my education
We’re thankful for a whole lot around here!
