Meet Kaitlyn — one of the bright, empowering energies behind our growing HYS Wellness Studio community. ✨
Kaitlyn is a certified Pilates instructor through ISSA with a passion for helping people feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies. Her classes are high-energy, classical mat pilates & sculpt-inspired, approachable, and designed to challenge you in all the right ways — without ever feeling intimidating.
With a focus on movement, motivation, and full-body strength, Kaitlyn creates an environment where students feel supported every step of the way. Her goal is simple: to help you leave class feeling refreshed, accomplished, and excited to come back for more. 🔥
Outside of the studio, you’ll find Kaitlyn enjoying the outdoors, soaking up time at the beach, hiking, and making memories with her fiancé and their two children.
