Tech Tip Tuesday 💡

When doing edge treatment make sure you switch off between gravel, dirt, grass, and or mulch behind your big stones to make it look more natural. You don’t want to just fill all of it with gravel and give it the pearl necklace look. Just a little tech tip to help your edge treatment look a little more natural.

We got everything tore out and ready to be relined and re-rocked Monday morning. A little problem we noticed was the basin is holding water but too low for the system so we are hoping over the weekend. We will be approved to replace the basin also now off to Kane county landscape to pick up our material I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Friday

Here at Hope D. Wall School in Aurora, IL on this beautiful Friday morning ready to rebuild this waterfall that was beyond repair. The goal today is to take out the waterfall and get all the big stones outta here and prep it to be rebuilt by us Monday. Ten years ago, we built this koi pond and natural stone patio from the ground up. Today, it’s everything we envisioned—and more. The plants have matured into a lush, natural landscape, the stone has beautifully weathered with time, and the soothing sound of the waterfall creates the perfect place to relax and unwind.

This is what happens when quality craftsmanship meets nature. A well-designed water feature doesn’t just look great the day it’s finished—it continues to grow more beautiful with every season.

Imagine ending your day here, listening to the peaceful sounds of flowing water while colorful koi glide beneath the surface. That’s an investment that keeps giving back year after year.

Tech Tip Tuesday 💡
