Running math we can actually get behind:
✅ A good pair of shoes can make getting out the door feel easier.
✅ Ten minutes still counts.
✅ Walk breaks are part of the process.
✅ Checking your shoes around 300–500 miles can help keep you moving comfortably.
✅ Any pace + consistency = progress.
Whether you’re training for a race, getting back into a routine, or just trying to feel better on your feet, we’re here to help you find what works for you.
What would you add to the list? 👇 Drop your best running math in the comments below.

Hot, tired, still going? The Clifton 10 gets it.
This is the shoe for the miles that feel easy, the miles that do not, and the walks you almost talked yourself out of. With soft cushioning, a smooth ride, and that lightweight HOKA feel, the Clifton 10 is an easy go-to for everyday training, recovery days, and long hours on your feet.
Not sure if it’s the right fit for you? 👉 Stop by KCRS and we’ll help you find out.

Pouring rain. Still showed up. Still got it done. 🙌
This crew is TOUGH. Last night was not exactly picture-perfect running weather, but they showed up anyway, embraced the downpour, and put in the work together.
Special shoutout again to the She Runs This Town - Louisville, KY crew for coming out and joining us. You ladies always rock it, no matter the weather!
No action shots this week because… well, it was pouring. But this group photo deserves a spot on the feed.
Come run with us next week! Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Waggener High School track. Same time. Same place. Always free. Hopefully drier shoes.
