Healthy coping mechanism found. 😅 Side effects may include better moods, early alarms, too many race registrations and a shoe rotation that requires its own spreadsheet.
Grab a Runner’s High sticker next time you stop by KCRS, then tag the friend who runs for their mental health and shops for the emotional support shoes.

One Tuesday night. A whole lot of KCRS blue. And ice cream waiting at the finish.
We traded Track Night intervals for the Iroquois Hill Runners Ice Cream 5K, and our ambassadors and regular Tuesday crew showed up ready to take on the hills. Matt, Karin, and Jessica are all smiles after a fun night of racing with the Louisville running community!

One minute their shoes fit. The next, they’re suddenly too small.
Kids’ feet can change quickly, especially after a growth spurt or a jump in activity. Before back-to-school shopping, bring them to KCRS for a fresh fit check and make sure their next pair gives them the room, comfort, and support they need.
📌 Save this for your back-to-school shopping trip, and share it with another parent who might need the reminder.

🏅 Medal Monday: Tri Louisville edition!
We’re celebrating these KCRS rockstars who took on Tri Louisville yesterday and shared their finish-line moments with us. Between the early start, the course, and rolling with the swim cancellation, you all showed what race-day resilience looks like.
Congratulations to every finisher. We loved cheering you on and seeing so many familiar faces out there! Drop some love for these athletes in the comments. 👏

“If the hill has its own name, then it’s probably a pretty tough hill.” — Marty Stern
Dog Hill runners: IYKYK. 😅 It looks innocent enough from the bottom, then halfway up it starts asking some very personal questions about your training choices.
What’s the hill that always humbles you? Drop its name below so we can all compare notes (and avoid eye contact with it on our next run).
