DID YOU KNOW our YMCA has designated areas for you to drop off your used red towels and spray bottles? When you complete your workout, and after you wipe down the equipment you used, please help us keep our facility clean by returning the towels and bottles to one of the following locations:

+ Ground floor - outside the group ex studio
+ 1st floor - next to the front desk
+ 2nd floor - at the entrance of the Men's locker room
+ 2nd floor - inside the Women's only center
+ 3rd floor - inside the cycle studio
+ 4th floor - next to the stretch mats

Join us on Saturday, July 25 for an unforgettable day of muddy fun, laughter, splashes, and family memories. Take on approximately 2 miles of squishy mud and exciting obstacles designed for kids and parents to conquer together! 🌟

We had a great evening celebrating World Bicycle Day with our friends from the Louisville Bicycle Club and Louisville Landsharks Multisport Club. Our next outdoor event will be June 26 at 6pm when we have TAI CHI IN THE COURTYARD.
