d classes in Lufkin, Hudson and Huntington area since moving here. We have classes at XLR8 Gymnastics 1601 Frank St. on Mondays and Thursdays. In Huntington 301 Hwy 69 South Tues & Thurs. and Lufkin Parks and Rec 516 Montrose on Tues. We offer classes to children ages 5 to 12.. Our adult classes consist of students from 13 years old and up. It's never to late to start a class. We teach the students what respect is and how to earn respect. Our basic rule is home first, school second and then karate. Our style is considered “American Karate”. Any student that miss uses his talents are dropped from our class. We award students that maintain academic standings in school and performing at tournaments. We try to participate in the community events. We are asked to performe for the Forest Festival events for several years now. I started karate in 1988 under Master Bill Gray at ASK in Houston. I hold a 5th Level Black Belt in American Society of Karate and I am recognized as a 5th Dan, in the Bill Superfoot Wallace System. All of the junior class students start as a white belt and can attain the rank of 4th degree Red Belt. Our adult students start as white and can attain a Black belt as long as they are 17 years old or older. We are on Facebook as Prowling Tigers of Lufkin and SAK KARATE.
