Whether you’ve been playing for years or you’re picking up a volleyball for the very first time you belong here.

Join us every Tuesday evening for open gym. Come to teach or come to learn. Come to play, connect, encourage, and grow.

Because at Jaguars, it’s not about who has the most experience. It’s about creating a space where we can learn from each other, challenge each other, and support each other.

All skill levels welcome

Some of the most meaningful moments in community don't happen during a program—they happen around a table while creating collages together.

One recent Saturday Jaguars gathered for an afternoon of food, conversation, and magazine clippings. For a few hours, families experienced something we all need more of: peace. Parents having conversations with each other, kids safely running around in the grass and snacks flowing.

In a world that often feels rushed and heavy, creating spaces where families can simply breathe, connect, and belong is impactful. While Jaguars exists to invest in young people, we also recognize that supporting youth means supporting the adults who love and care for them. Healthy communities are built when children, parents, mentors, and neighbors all have opportunities to build relationships with one another.

BACK TO SCHOOL IS HERE!

New schedules. New routines. Early mornings. Homework. Jobs. Practices. Games. School events. Appointments. And somehow… finding time for family in between it all.

It can feel like there are never enough hours in the day. And sometimes, even when we’re all under the same roof, life is moving so fast that we barely have a moment to actually be together.

That’s why Jaguars isn’t just another thing to add to the calendar.
Tuesdays are 1.5 hours to disconnect from the chaos and plug into community.

Come talk.
Come read.
Come play.
Come color.
Come laugh.
Come simply to be present.

For 90 minutes, we get to quiet the outside world and focus on what’s happening right in front of us — our kids, our community, and the simple joy of being together.

Because sometimes what our families need most isn’t another activity.
It’s a pause.
A place to breathe.
A place to connect.
A place to belong.

Come as you are.
Sneakers or sandals.
There's a place for you here.

At Jaguars Community Organization, we believe every young person deserves space that allows them to be just as they are. We don't expect you to fit into a certain mold or pretend to be someone you're not. We live out our value of inclusion by creating a space where everyone belongs.

No pressure. No pretending. Just come as you are.

Join us for our next Open Gym on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:00 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood, WA. Come move, connect, laugh, and be part of a community that's cheering you on—exactly as you are.

Stay ready, so you don't have to get ready.

At Jaguars Community Organization, volleyball is more than a game—it's a place where young people develop the character they'll carry with them for life. Every practice, every conversation, and every challenge is an opportunity to grow.

• Patience when things don't go as planned.
• Leadership that lifts others up.
• Encouragement that builds confidence.
• Integrity that does the right thing, even when no one is watching.
• Humility that keeps us learning and growing.

Mentor. Move. Connect.

Supporters & Donors – Helping Create Opportunities

Every contribution helps create spaces where children can connect, grow, and feel a sense of belonging. Support from our community helps keep programs and events accessible to families. For example, a gift of $25 can help provide supplies such as cones, balls, snacks, and crafts, while $100 can help provide jerseys or shirts for up to 10 youth participants.

If you'd like to support our mission, donations and matching gifts are always appreciated and help us continue serving local children and families.
