Try out Move Matrix at 11a to get warm for the seminar! Move matrix is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, and fitness movements combined into an effective flow. It’s the perfect warm up for Jiu Jitsu. Come try it for free for those attending the seminar!

Congrats to Gio for his Gold and Silver medals in the New Breed Louisville tournament today!

As a reminder tonight is our first Monday striking class! This is in place of kids class. Kids class will return in the future at a different time and structure. See you all there!

New schedule starting this next week! By popular request an additional Muay Thai day was added and open mat moved to Friday night. Kids class is being revamped and will be added back to the schedule at a later date.

Proud of two of our regulars for this first competition performance today! Gio walked away with a Silver in no gi and bronze in gi. Trenton got Silver in both gi and no gi. Also thanks to Will for making the trip with them and passing along the guidance.

No open mat tomorrow morning. See you all Monday!
