We spent half a day checking all aspects of the Garden State SwimRun Course and have updated the RideWithGPS file.

Here are notes to keep in mind:
Swim 1 – Exit on far side of green & yellow inflatables and then keep right and head up hill

Swim 2 – Access point has moved slightly. You will make a right onto Sunset Lake Trail and then make a left to get to the lake entry point. Swim to your right hugging the shoreline and exit at Mine Hill Beach

Swim 3 – Entrance is in the same area that you exited after Swim 2. Make sure to veer right while swimming as the exit is more West than where you entered Sunset Lake for Swim 2.

After Swim 3 you will have an out and back on Randolph Lake Trail. There will be cones and caution tape marked at the turn around. We were originally going to use the Yellow Black River trail but there are four trees down and the connector trail was under water.
