Here goes Francis‼️ After her first month of training, she has shed 7.5 total inches from her measurements, she’s down .5% body fat, and has lost 5 pounds 🔥🔥 we are extremely proud of your hard work and dedication and we are excited to keep watching those numbers go down!! 📉

[03/13/20]   We truly value the health and safety of our members and would like to take this time to update and inform the Phase 6 community.

At this time all training sessions and programing will continue as normally scheduled. We are committed to thoroughly disinfecting and cleaning our facility each and everyday to aid prevention efforts of the the COVID virus. Unlike big franchise and large capacity gyms, our gym offers a private environment with the square footage that allows us to realistically manage a thorough wipe down and disinfecting of our equipment multiple times throughout a single day.

Preserving the health of our members, our staff and the families we all return home to each and everyday are of the utmost importance to us. After all, the health of our community is precisely why we work so hard to do what we do, everyday. Therefore we've made sure we are fully stocked with cleaning supplies and disinfectant. We ask that all of our members continue to support our efforts by thoroughly washing your hands for 20 seconds before and after your training sessions, refrain from engaging in public activities if you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu like symptoms, and eating balanced meals and getting a full nights rest.

[02/24/20]   Are you passionate about fitness? Phase 6 Strength and Performance in Marion, OH is now hiring for a Part-Time Personal Trainer. We are looking for an individual who is able to work 15-20 hours per week. Evenings and some Saturday mornings. We are looking for a high-energy, highly motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills. Some of your daily activities will include, small group training sessions, preparing for and cleaning between sessions, tracking client progress and updating client profiles, administrative duties as assigned and helping to maintain a positive and supportive gym culture. You do not have to be an expert (yet), just passionate, eager to learn, friendly, and highly professional. We will provide hands on, on the job training and give you all the tools necessary to be successful.

What we offer:
A competitive hourly wage, financial assistance with mandatory CEU's, potential advancement and growth opportunity.

Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), must hold certification from one of the following: NSCA, NASM, ACE, must have current CPR/AED certifications, must have reliable transportation, must have evening and Saturday morning availability, must be punctual, must be proficient in a variety of basic computer applications.

Look who it is again!! 😎 Karen McGuire is back just before her 66th birthday with 4 NEW PRs ‼️ Last testing period Karen bench pressed 100 pounds x 2 reps, Front squatted 135 pounds x 2 reps, Back squatted 185 pounds x 2 reps, and Deadlifted 205 pounds x 2 reps 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🔥🔥 She’s down 2 pounds this month, she’s down one pant size, she’s fitting into old dresses 💃🏽 she’s AWESOME!

Karen McGuire is back to WOW you again!!! The 200 pound deadlift is quite impressive, yes. But what we are most proud of is what Karen’s doctor told her at her last appointment. In her two years of training with us, her bone density has gone UP 6 PERCENT 💪🏾‼️ Karen is the youngest, strongest 65-year old you’ll ever meet #LiveStrongerLiveLonger
