🚨CHANGE OF PLANS AND LOCATION🚨
Mother nature has decided to give us some rain so we won't have the clear skies as intended for a nice ruck around the park.
So....ABCs it is with a change in location at District 121 garage, where we can still get a nice work out in and stay dry at the same time. 😊

Tomorrow we’re doing our ABCs — Abs, Butt & Cardio! :peach::fire:
We’ll stay nice and dry while getting in a fun, full-body workout. Bring weights if you’d like to level it up, but they’re totally optional!
:pancakes: Afterward: We’ll walk to Broken Yolk for breakfast! I’ll also bring some fun talking-point cards to get the conversation going and help us get to know each other a little better. :heart:
