What a morning. 💥
Our first F3 🤝 FiA 2.0 Legacy Beatdown did not disappoint!
It brought the perfect mix of purpose, community, and fun! We kicked off with our mission, shared our story, and got moving with Easter-themed workouts, high-energy games, and plenty of laughs.
From squat bunny hops to Sharks & Minnows and Hungry Hippos, it was kids vs. adults. Super fun teamwork and competition!
We closed with a Circle of Trust, stayed for coffeeteria, and finished with an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos! 🐣🐰

This special workout is all about community and the next generation — bringing together women, men, and kids to move, encourage one another, and show our families that fitness is a lifestyle.

Why the location change?
Bonnie Wenk will be closed due to the McKinney Marathon, so we’re taking the opportunity to join our F3 friends for this special event.
Expect a fun, family-friendly workout followed by fellowship and coffeeteria.
