⭐️ A little Wednesday update from my Westbrook fitness family ❤️

After a wonderful chapter teaching Wednesday mornings in Westbrook, I wanted to let you know that I will no longer be teaching at my current Westbrook location.

I am so grateful for every person who joined me each week. We worked hard, laughed, grew stronger, and created friendships that mean so much to me.

To my Westbrook fitness family—thank you for your loyalty, encouragement, and support. It has truly been a privilege to be part of your health and wellness journey.

This isn’t goodbye to Westbrook… just the closing of one chapter and the beginning of what may come next. ⭐️

I hope to see many of you again soon.

With gratitude,
Anna❤️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

Today was my mammogram day. 💗

We spend so much time taking care of everyone around us, but taking care of ourselves matters too.

This is your reminder to stay on top of your screenings, make the appointment you’ve been putting off, and encourage the women you love to do the same.

Health is part of wellness. Prevention matters.

With love,
Anna
