Last but not least, we’d like to say goodbye to Mr. Bald and Counting, Paul! Thank you for all your hard work at all the various spiels throughout the years and at the 2022 nationals, helping bring our team to victory! We hope his future is as bright as his head!

Our second graduating senior is Jacob! He curled with us for 4(ish) years and sliced through the competition as vice for the 2023 nationals! We wish him the best of luck on his next adventures and to remember to always strike while the iron is hot⚔️

Everyone give a round of applause for our first senior sendoff, Kajsa! They have been a member for 3 years, served as skip at this year’s nationals helping the team secure 3rd place (wow!) and was the president of the club this past year! Thank you for all your hard work, next year’s practices won’t be the same without you! (though hopefully their wisdom has been passed onto this year’s freshman…)

After tri (minus 1) visits to the Tridge (triple bridge) in Midland (Michigan), the RPI team consisting of Kajsa Arnold, C.J. Tien, Sam Holmes, Cecilia Fenstermaker, and Bailey Wagner tricked out the trigonometric triple threat triangle trinity of tri… curling… I don’t know
In the prequel trilogy (pool play), RPI went 2-1 with the best DSC record to advance with the #1 seed. In the sequel trilogy (bracket play) RPI also went 2-1, securing tri-place (third) in the nation to win the bronze medal. This is best RPI has ever performed at the college nationals competition.
Thank you to everyone who came to support RPI, watched the streams, and got the team this far! Thank you to and for hosting and all the great teams RPI played, broomstacked, and explored Michigan with.
