Brandermill Country Club

The entire Brandermill Community congratulates our very own Gilbert Turner III, AKA “G3”, on winning the U.S. Kids Virginia State Invitational for ages 13-14. Gilbert shot an impressive 72, 69 over two days at Fords Colony Country Club to finish 141 T1. We are incredibly proud of Gilbert and are excited to witness his continued success in the sport. Let’s go G3!

Following that, PXG arrives on May 21st from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Country Club to showcase their all-new Lightning collection, built for golfers who demand unmatched speed and performance.

Custom fitting is the fastest way to improve your game, and these Demo Days provide a professional environment to optimize your launch conditions and distance. Appointments fill up quickly, so please contact the Pro Shop as soon as possible to secure your preferred time slot for either brand.

We are still raising a glass to the incredible success of this year’s Cocktails for the Club tournament! Thanks to your overwhelming generosity, we’ve officially crossed the finish line on our massive irrigation renovation. All 18 holes are now equipped or are finishing installation with brand-new lines, ensuring the course stays lush and tournament-ready for years to come.

But we aren’t stopping there. Because of your support, we are already diving into new improvements:

What a beautiful day for a golf tournament! Happy to donate a sign to the Inaugural AbbyStrong Classic Charity Golf Tournament as this organization works to bring awareness to childhood dementia. While the pros were battling it out at Augusta, we had some major fireworks of our own right here at Brandermill Country Club! ⛳️🔥

Huge congratulations to member Mike Dean for making Masters Sunday one he will never forget. Mike etched his name into the BCC history books today with a spectacular Hole-in-One on No. 3!

Using a smooth 8 iron from 157 yards out, Mike found the bottom of the cup in one. There’s no better feeling than a hole-in-one, but doing it on Masters Sunday? That’s legendary.

Next time you see Mike at the clubhouse, make sure to give him a high-five (and maybe check if he’s buying the next round! 🍻).
