As the studio grows and our students’ practice deepens, I’ve been trying to curate a member pass that gives you more than just yoga.

With this pass you can bring a friend along, relax on our new red light yoga mats or awaken the body with our vibration plate before or after class, you save on other purchases not only at our studio but others too.

Join me (Chelsie 👋) every other Thursday at 7 pm for a mental and physical reset.

We will flow through 45 minutes of vinyasa/yin style yoga to stretch deep into the body, unwind tension, and prepare our bodies & mind for a deeper, more relaxed sound bath.

Some of the instruments you can expect: crystal sound bowls, flow chimes, Koshi chimes, crystalline, spiral sounds rain stick, ocean drum, kenari seed shaker, crystal tuning fork & more.

No need to bring anything but yourself to the session. I provide mats, bolsters, blocks, eye pillows, blankets, & hot tea. You can always bring an extra blanket, pillow, or hoodie to keep yourself cozy during the sound bath. Your body tends to drop in temperature as you reach a more meditative state 😌
