What makes our studio unlike other businesses?

We’re not selling you on expensive products or propaganda. There are no commitments or contracts you need to sign. Here you are free to show up as you are, we have the rest covered. You can come as little or often as you need to & all you need for fulfillment lies within.

We’re simply here to hold space & guide you inward + help you reconnect mind and body. How beautiful is that 💓

The beautiful moment at the end of practice when we are in oneness.

When movement has stopped, sounds have quieted, and minds have stopped racing. When our nervous systems have calmed and we rise from our mats feeling lighter than when we walked in.

This is why I hold space 💓

If you’ve been to a sound bath with me, then you’ve heard me talk about doing a floating one. I’m partnering with MAC Premier Fitness to host my first ever floating sound bath!

This offering is bookable with your unlimited pass 👏

We plan to make this a monthly offering especially as we come into the colder seasons.
