For anyone that was unable to attend the rules clinics that were held on Wednesday, tomorrow is the final call without any penalties being assessed.

We will host rules clinics for Cheerleading and Football tomorrow at 11:30a at Kate Shepard Elementary School.

Doors will open at 11a for check-in. Please try to arrive early as we are expecting a large crowd similar to Wednesday night.

The cost to attend is $10 (cash only). Also, please be sure to bring your driver’s license for verification purposes.

We’d like to officially welcome our newest organization, the Hillsdale Jaguars, to the MYFC for the 2026 Season!

Everyone, please take a moment to welcome them and wish them a successful season as they begin their onboarding process with us.

Tomorrow kicks off our first day of practice for our cheerleaders!

As we get prepared for the opening of the first day for all of our young cheer athletes, coaches, please be reminded of safety first.

We ask that you come prepared with extra hydration for any of your athletes that may show up unprepared or any of your new athletes that may not know what to expect for a first day of conditioning.

Please remember proper stretching beforehand as well as afterwards during the cool down phase and
don’t forget to take as many breaks as needed as their bodies acclimate to the heat.

Also, please be sure to revisit your safety and first aid training prior to tomorrow so that you can be equipped in monitoring for any signs of distress for your athletes.

Last, but not least, have fun while getting to know your athletes as you welcome in any new cheerleaders and welcome back your previous ones.

If you were unable to make the rules clinic today for football or cheerleading to complete the final step in the certification process for the 2026 season, there’s still time!!!

The final rules clinic without penalties will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, at 6:30 p.m. at Kate Shepard Elementary School. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and will close promptly at 6:30 p.m.

The cost to attend the clinic will be $10 (cash only). You must have your driver’s license for identity verification at check-in.

Please be sure to get this information out to your administrators, coaches, and team moms as all that are not in attendance will have to pay the $40 late fee on top of the rules clinic fee for a total of $50 😱 to attend a make-up clinic that will be announced at a later date.

Maitre Park will be hosting a Showcase as a preseason event to kick off the 2026 cheer season!

All interested in participating, gather your cheer squads and bring them out for a day filled with spirit!

Come out and support these young athletes as they showcase what’s to come ahead for the season!

We are approaching our last registration date prior to the season officially opening for practice!

Some of our programs will continue to host registration beyond the month of June.

We ask that you follow up with those programs on your own as we will discontinue making announcements regarding registration dates once practice begins.

Please be reminded our next scheduled rules clinic will be this Saturday at 4:30p at Kate Shepard Elementary School. This rules clinic will be held for cheerleading as well as football. The cost is $10 (cash only) to attend. You must also have your driver’s license with you.
