Acro is a dance discipline that combines dance technique, strength, flexibility, balance, and acrobatic skills.

Through Acro, dancers learn skills such as handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, bridges, balance work, and controlled tricks—all while developing the strength and body awareness needed to execute movements safely and beautifully.

At Classical Ballet of Mobile, our Acro classes help dancers build:
