ACA Softball

Several months ago, Walter Craig reached out to us seeing how they could help support the ACA softball program! They have been huge in our community and such an asset to our area! They are super involved as an ACA family and we are thankful for their desire to help give back!

Tonight, we were grateful to announce the FIVE winners of a drawing from the ALL YOU CAN EAT Concessions Ticket. Over 300 names were put into a hat for a giveaway as a generous thank you from our friends at Walter Craig!

Please help us thank the Kenny family and the entire staff at Walter Craig (a few current and ACA alum) for pouring into this program!

Katie Settle and Olivia Sloan (two of ACA's 2nd graders) play for the “Southern Storm” and they won 1st place in the 7U Championship Saturday in Wetumpka! You go girls! The future is BRIGHT!

Campbell Hammett drove in four runs on two hits to lead ACA Softball past Trinity 11-1, highlighted by a big fourth inning where ACA scored seven runs.

Hammett, Elizabeth Hall, and Anna Gleason helped power a 12-hit attack as ACA capitalized on multiple RBI singles, an error, and aggressive baserunning.

Maddie Owens earned the win in the circle, allowing one run over five innings, while ACA’s offense and pitching combined for a dominant victory.

Congratulations to Elizabeth Hall who recorded her 100th career hit with a first inning single against Trinity on Tuesday. The senior added another hit in the seventh and stands at 101 for her career.
