TRANSFORMATION STARTS HERE.

Recently, at Joe Keller’s Phenom Basketball Boys National Camp, I challenged a room full of 8th, 9th, and 10th graders to think differently about the people they surround themselves with and the choices they make every day.

Who you spend time with matters. The conversations you have matter. The relationships you build matter.
Not everyone in your circle needs to have the same goals or ambitions. But I believe they should be going somewhere.

Here’s what I’ve learned over the years. Extraordinary results often come from ordinary people doing the right things consistently.

Find something you believe in. Surround yourself with people who challenge you to grow.

Commit to getting 1% better every day.

Transformation happens through the choices you make daily.
