Step into an evening of deep rest, renewal, and energetic reset as we welcome the fresh energy of spring.

Join Kyra for a 75-minute immersive sound bath designed to help you release what feels heavy and create space for clarity, intention, and new beginnings. Through gentle meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can rest and the mind can soften.

Let’s Invert! 🙃✨

Ready to spend some time upside down? Join Megan for a 75-minute Inversion Workshop focused on building the strength, control, and engagement needed to advance your inversion practice.

We’ll start with 30 minutes of intentional warm up to activate the shoulders, core, and stabilizing muscles before exploring:
• Handstand
• Forearm Stand
• Headstand

This workshop is best suited for students who already have some familiarity with being upside down and want to refine their balance, technique, and confidence.
