Avery is the winner of our Cosens MMA Custom T-Shirt Design Contest, and the winning design is officially being turned into a limited edition Cosens MMA shirt!

Cosens Martial Arts

Give your child practical tools to feel more confident, recognize unsafe situations, and respond appropriately during our free Stranger Danger: Kids Safety & Confidence Workshop.

Using our easy-to-remember Talk, Tell, Tackle system, children will learn how to:

• Use a strong voice and confident body language
• Set clear verbal boundaries
• Recognize when to walk away and get help from a trusted adult
• Stand up to bullying without escalating the situation
• Use controlled, age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu skills only when physically threatened
• Safely control the situation while calling for adult assistance

This workshop combines confidence-building activities, realistic safety drills, and closely supervised self-defense instruction in a fun and supportive environment.

Saturday, July 11th

Ages 5–7: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Ages 8–12: 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
