Bodies are weird…and that’s one of the reasons I love teaching about them. 💙
Take posture, for instance.
Most of us have heard the same advice:
“Stand up straight.”
But what if good posture isn’t about holding yourself in one “perfect” position at all?
What if it’s about understanding how your body was designed to move?
I dive into that in my newest YouTube lesson, and I think it might change the way you think about posture.
✨ I’d love to know…
What’s the best (or worst!) posture advice you’ve ever been given?

Aging isn’t something that just happens to us.
I think a lot of us have more influence than we’ve been led to believe.
The best part? It’s not an all-or-nothing game.
You don’t have to overhaul your entire life overnight. Small, consistent choices have a way of adding up over time.
One more glass of water.
One less fast-food meal.
A short walk.
A few minutes of movement.
Little by little.
💙 Where will you start?
If standing on one leg alone improved balance, flamingos would rule the world. 🦩🤣
The truth?
Balance isn’t about standing perfectly still.
It’s about your ability to adapt, adjust, and recover when life gets a little wobbly.
The wobble isn’t failure.
The wobble is feedback.
