At Prestige, we don’t just use the fields… we take care of them too.

Huge shoutout to Coach Town, Coach Hyatt, Coach Kanselaar, board member Kim Young and our founder/director Lola for rolling up their sleeves and spending the day getting these fields game-ready! 👏

We’re beyond thankful for the local schools that allow us to call these fields home, and this is just one small way we give back to the community that supports our athletes.

Because at Prestige, it’s bigger than softball. It’s about respect, pride, and leaving things better than we found them.

🥎 PRESTIGE DEFENSIVE WORKOUT — TOMORROW!

We’re excited to welcome both new and familiar faces to our first Prestige workout of the fall!
A few reminders as your athlete prepares:

💧 Hydration starts TODAY! Please make sure the girls are drinking plenty of water today and continue hydrating tomorrow morning. Don’t wait until we get to the field.
🥗 Keep meals light. Make sure they eat and have fuel in their system, but avoid anything too heavy before the workout.
🔥 Come ready to WORK. We will be moving, competing, and working at a fast pace. There won’t be much standing around — we plan to make the most of every minute we have together.
Bring plenty of water, a great attitude, and be ready to get after it!
We’re looking forward to kicking off the fall with our Prestige athletes and meeting some new ones along the way. 🖤💛

This is another major step in our commitment to developing athletes beyond team practices and tournament weekends.
Every Prestige athlete will receive full access to an ever-growing Triple Threat Training video library featuring instruction and drills for:

Whether they're at home, on the road, or looking to get extra reps, Prestige athletes will have quality instruction available anytime, anywhere.

As we move into a new season, I just want to take a moment to recognize our coaches.

To my Prestige coaches... thank you.
Thank you for the countless hours you pour into our athletes that no one ever sees. Thank you for the practices, phone calls, lesson plans, tournament weekends, and late-night conversations. Thank you for spending your own money, giving up time with your families, and investing your hearts into girls who aren't even your own.
I've watched you celebrate with them, hurt with them, pray for them, encourage them when they're struggling, and believe in them when they don't believe in themselves.

Coaching isn't for the faint of heart. It requires passion, sacrifice, dedication, and a whole lot of thick skin.
Sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. Sometimes you have to have hard conversations. Sometimes you're criticized simply because you couldn't give everyone the answer they wanted. Parents may only see a single moment, but they don't always see the hours, days, and months of thought, evaluation, and care that went into those decisions.
The reality is that great coaches carry the weight of those decisions long after everyone else has moved on. They lose sleep over them because they genuinely care.
At Prestige, we don't look for perfect coaches. We look for coaches with integrity, character, passion, and a servant's heart. Coaches who will teach more than softball. Coaches who will help develop confident, resilient young women.
To every Prestige coach, thank you for choosing the hard road. Thank you for loving these girls, challenging them, believing in them, and showing up day after day.
I couldn't be more grateful to be on this journey with each of you.
You are appreciated more than you know.
