You may recognize Stan Efferding from his appearance on Shark Tank—but his work goes far beyond television.

Stan is the creator of the Vertical Diet and has spent decades helping athletes, coaches, and everyday people improve their nutrition, strength, recovery, bloodwork, and long-term health.

On January 23, Stan is coming to Murfreesboro for a full Health & Performance Seminar, including lunch, Q&A, and a limited hands-on squat, bench, and deadlift coaching session.

The 2026 Deck the Halls Christmas Classic will test strength, power, grip and athleticism across four events:

Event 1 — Deadlift Ladder
Four bars. 60 seconds. Max reps on the final bar.

Event 2 — Shoulder-to-Overhead
From the rack. 60 seconds. Max reps.

Event 3 — Dumbbell Carry
60 seconds for max distance.

Event 4 — Max-Distance Sandbag Throw
Three attempts. Best legal throw counts.

DTH Men’s Experiences is officially launching with paintball.

Join us Saturday, September 12 for a morning of paintball, lunch, and time with a great group of guys.

Your $20 DTH registration includes lunch, water, sports drinks, and hydration throughout the morning. Paintball admission, rental equipment, and paintballs will be purchased directly from Nashville Paintball when you arrive.

Come with friends or come on your own. We’ll make sure everyone is welcomed into the group.
