We’re bringing movement and your favorite local brews together for BURN & BREW, a FREE community event hosted by One Ride Cycle + The Forge Coffeehouse in partnership with Muscle Shoals Parks & Recreation!

Start your morning by moving with us at an energizing Pilates sculpt session led by One Ride Cycle, then stick around to sip, connect, and enjoy your favorite coffee from The Forge. Whether you come for the burn, the brew, or a little bit of both, this morning is all about showing up, supporting local, and bringing our community together.

Our Sculpt classes are growing, and there’s a reason for it.

We’ve been hearing it from you… and honestly, we’ve been feeling it ourselves.

School is back, schedules are getting busier, and everyone is TIRED.

But here’s your reminder, team: sometimes the thing you need when you’re feeling drained is the very thing you’re tempted to skip.

Movement creates energy. Community creates energy. Showing up for yourself creates energy.

We know this season can feel like a constant juggling act between work, school, practices, games, family, and everything in between. But don’t put yourself on the back burner.

You pour into everyone else, and you deserve time to pour back into YOU.

So this week, we’re challenging you to book your classes, make the time, and commit to yourself. Even when you’re tired. Even when your schedule is full. Even when it feels easier to skip.

Schedules change. Life gets busy. Priorities shift. And sometimes it feels easier to wait until things settle down before you start showing up for yourself again.

You don’t have to have more time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to make the decision that becoming the person you want to be is still worth it.

Keep showing up.

New routines. New schedules. New seasons. 💛

And sometimes, without even realizing it, our time at ORC gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

We get it. School schedules, work, games, practices, family, and everything in between can make life feel BUSY. But here’s your reminder: making time for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary.

When we pour into ourselves, we show up better everywhere else. More energy. More patience. More confidence. More to give to the people who count on us.

So as routines shift, keep your time on the calendar. Keep showing up. Keep choosing YOU.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t have to be every day. It just has to be intentional.

And remember, your ORC team is always waiting on you. We notice when you’re not there. We miss you when you’re gone. And there will always be a spot for you in the room. 🫶
